Return Process

    Contact Customer Support

    Reach out to our horticultural experts within 14 days of receipt for non-plant items, or anytime under our warranty for live roses, to initiate your request.

    Provide Proof of Purchase

    Please have your order number and, if applicable, clear photographs of the plant's condition or any damaged items ready for our team to review.

  • 3.
    Package Your Items

    For garden accessories and hardware, ensure items are unused and in their original packaging before securing them for transit back to our nursery.

  • 4.
    Receive Replacement or Refund

    Once your return is processed, we will ship your replacement roses at the next appropriate planting season or issue a refund to your original payment method.
